Is within a justification why i crave fried foods when am on my length?

its like everytime it comes around i purely crave french fries or fried chicken or even chocolate and is it true that you dont gain as much weight when drinking such fatty foods cause you losing deeply of blood nutrients out of your systems anyways?? just wondering Most women do crave secondary sweets and salts. It's okay to give a little more. I wouldn't spawn it my "comfort food" though. Don't run to the fridge everytime you feel a craving. Depending on how much you chomp through additionally, it might be unhealthy and you may develope a dependence of it even when your not menstruating. You can help disagree the urge by excersing, which also helps cramps. Some family say your metabolism is difficult when you are on your period, I'm not sure if that's a certainty though. The most common lesser amount in menstruating women is iron. Unless your anemic, I wouldn't verbs too much about loosing nutrients. If it worrys you, chitchat to your doctor about it. You could also hold a daily multivitamin.
I totally know what you're conversation about... I'm usually a robustness food freak - I eat veggies and fruits non stop. However, when it comes to the first few days of my time, I crave outrageous food (for me at least) like fried chicken or rime cream. I can see how you would think that drinking fatty foods on your period wouldn't put immensity on you, but it's the opposite truly. Any food you put in your body, no thing what time of the month it is, or what time of day, is subject to put extra bulk on you. Just remember, if you crave fatty foods, to eat surrounded by moderation :)
