Is yogurt well-mannered for an yeast infection?

As long as the yogurt contains Live Cultures it is good for a yeast infection and will set off to help you procure some relief from the symptoms.
Just get sure the yogurt container says that it contains live cultures and it'll backing.
Hope this helps. :-)
U can in actuality put a tamon in unsweetened unflavored yogurt near live active cultures and later insert the tampon and it should help, but why not newly get monistat? Also you can rob acidopholis supplements ( found in a drug store over the counter )
