IUD experation date?

My IUD experation date (5 year Mirena) is coming up in November...I am sexual massively active...should I rob out/replace earlier.
I hear that it isn't as strong in the finishing year, any truth to that? Yes take it out back yuo hit the 5 year mark (at your doctor's bureau of course) and get a strange one. Don't forget to get your Pap Smear and STD carrying out tests as well as cervical cancer screening.
I don't know but mine is up within less than 6 months and it better still be working. That worries me I will enjoy to talk to my doctor possibly you should too.
