Ive be have rele sour days lately?

my grades are getting rele low
i study but then i forget adjectives the facts
im always tired contained by school even if i sleep 7 hours
im starting to devour more junkfood
(oreos and milk every night)
im being "irritable"
im 13, and i noe its run of the mill sometimes
for teens to feel approaching crap or whatever
but i never catch like this
im usually focused, on track, and within a great mood, and awake
please help? Well consumption all of that sugar at darkness is not only unpromising in podginess, but the sugars are giving you 'artificial' energy. Even though you're sleeping at hours of darkness your body is still running on all of those fatty sugars. Junk food really does tire you out, and since you're ingestion more it is no wonder why you are feeling irritable, tired, and have bad days. It may morsel good but it really is fruitless for your body. As for the school work, try doing your homework contained by a bright room (paint or light) it instantly enlightens your mood and you will be more motivated (even putting an orange on your desk will do the trick, the bright color automatically alerts your senses). Try going to after conservatory or morning help sessions, take a tutor, or go to your counselor and have a word to them about getting hindmost on track, or just step to your teachers and ask what you could do for extra credit. Just try to get through healthy, cut most of your second-hand goods food out and try going to bed earlier and wake up sooner.
