It have be 2 weeks so far! How can I plunge asleep?

I can't fall asleep. I try and try and nought seems to be working. This have been going on for 2 weeks presently. It's like I really want to run to bed: I'm sleepy and tired but then when I move about to bed I'm awake. I don't know what to do. Maye it's my bed or the pillows. I'm 13. I don't want to take sleeping pills or anything to do beside pill taking. I would be up till midnight or later.
I tried reading and tried relaxing but zilch. HELP M PLEASE!
thank you :] I think you own a bad skin of insomnia. I have deal with this for years. Your best bet is to take home an appointment with a doctor. You should perchance consider taking a very mild sleeping pill if this doesn't carry any better. I know you are against it, but you are doing more harm to your body later you can imagine by not sleeping.
Youre kid, its been 2 weeks and no sleep? Try listen to an audiobook, it makes the mind outstandingly tired after awhile because you are processing new information. Try it, and if it doesnt work, at smallest you will be improving your mind, so it wont be frivolous time.
If it doesnt work, see a specialist. Email some professors at universities who specialize contained by sleep disorders, Im sure they would be interested.

so maybe gossip to a doctor or sumthin.
