Is she lying to everyone?

A friend of mine claims to have an extreme casing of postprandial syndrome. Basically if she has any carbs at adjectives, it will make her scarily sick. This is her excuse for never eating anything or drinking any alcohol at social gathering (maybe some veggies, but nothing more than a few tiny pieces). The purpose I suspect she may be lying or exaggerating about this is because she seem to be quite paranoid with her appearance. She's other talking more or less who/what she thinks is delicate, how fat she think she is, and stuff like that. She's not butter at all. In reality I am concerned about her vigour because she is so skinny. You can see way too plentiful bones in her stern. I like scrawny girls, but there's a certain point when really skinny become gross because the body looks undernourished and starved.
Could she be using this illness piece to cover up some kind of ingestion disorder? All the signs are there. The reality that she is talking roughly her obsession is truly not a terrible article. Its when they stop talking in the order of it that things get fruitless. If you want to, confront her. She will deny deny deny and probably get defencive. Let her know that you will steal what she says as truth, becuase she is your friend and you love her, but that you KNOW, even though she won't plead guilty it or might not even know herself, that something else is going on and if she wants minister to, you will be there for her when she desires it. Leave it at that.
My money is on that when she is ready, she dialogue to YOU first.
To answer this, Well.. There is no clear, "Yes. She's lying" or, "No. She isn't lying."
Since it really is none of your business, I don't see how we can answer to this except for suggesting that you ask her yourself.
Seriously, I hate it when ancestors use byedr.com just to be inquisitive.
