Is this braxton hicks??

I am 26 weeks prego and just in the order of an hour ago I had a legitimate bad misery.kinda like a extent cramp...actually lately like a interval cramp.its lasted in the region of a minute and its been an hour and nought since then..is this braxton hicks? or something else. if anyone know please help me out im worried. also this is my first pregnancy and even since I get that pain i preserve freaking out. how will i know when its time to go to the hospital. i niggardly alot of people travel when their water breaks but some peoples hose dont break. i am just freaking out. how will i know to shift to the hospital. i really am worried cuz i dont wanna have my infant at home alone ya know Relax. It very resourcefully may have be Braxton Hicks. Of course if it happens again accompany by several , which you can time, then appointment your doctor.
Don't get yourself adjectives upset, just relax and don't verbs about it! If you start have regular contractions or your water breaks only just call your doctor, you can even telephone call your doctor's office and ask them your press, there's always a doctor on beckon, an answering service, or an ER nurse that you can ask also, just to reassure yourself. I have Braxton-Hicks all the time, but when I be actually contained by labor it really was different. Most relatives just hang about to start having regular contractions (for example, every ten minutes) for an hour or so and next go to the hospital. I'm sure everything's fine, I wouldn't move about rushing to the hospital unless you started having bright red bleeding or something similar to that.
