Is this a Yeast infection?

So I think that I enjoy a yeast infection down there.
So It get really red on the outside and it feels and looks approaching a lot of big papercuts on the outside... I don't know what to do.. It lone comes once in a while, and I can't capture into the doctors when it is here...
It burns a lot and my husband and I are not have sex or anything until I'm better but I am soo confused... someone please let me know what is happeneing! i have same problem..first of all achieve medicine from doctor..after that verbs taking garlic pills. its really works out..u can get it from pharmacies.
don't verbs..but make sure catch medicine from doctor in the past it gets worst..
Go to the doctor anyway and describe the symptoms.
