Is this an STD?

Last week i noticed a blister form on my clit. Its big, red and swollen...and extremely painful. Before the bump appeared, the nouns was sore. The bump last a few days and then it go down in size and wasn't just about sore at all. Then i touched it alot and yesterday it come back. Now its right support to the way it be and it really hurts anytime anything touches it. Is this herpes? I dont know what its is Could be, but Id say it might be a ingrown pelt or even a pimple. The more you mess with any the worse they will get. If your concerned turn see a doctor. Good luck.
