I know it's ordinarily about the size of an ginger or small grapefruit when not pregnant, but what is inside it? I know it builds up red blood cells on the walls, but it can be full of red blood cell... and when you bleed out, is there lately air contained by there? Fluid and tissue. It is not bursting with nouns. It is compact, and has musculature. When you bleed out it is a moment ago the lining of the uterine wall sloughing stale.
i think probably fluid.
